Yellowknife RCMP have charged 24-year-old Brendan Lehman with one count of sexual assault that allegedly took place on Jul. 16. He’s scheduled to appear in territorial court on Mar. 14.

Lehman’s charge comes less than a week after charges against a 19-year-old for another sexual assault at the music festival were stayed.

At least three complaints of sexual assault were reported to police during the three-day festival, which ran from Jul. 15 to Jul. 17 on the shores of Long Lake.
