The City of Yellowknife is inviting you to have your say on how it proceeds with three design projects.
City officials will be hosting a series of open houses to collect feedback on how it should follow through with development of the 50-50 lot, the Twin Pine Hill trail network and the Hank Koenen waterfront park.
In addition to the open houses, an online feedback form will also be available by November 6 for residents to submit ideas.
People are also encouraged to use the hashtag #visionyk on social media to spark further conversation.
“The City values feedback from our residents,” said Yellowknife Mayor Mark Heyck in a statement.
“Presenting the plans for three projects will provide the public an opportunity to see the development that the City is undertaking to enhance multiple neighbourhoods and help us create a vision that Yellowknifers support.”
The open houses will be held in the lower boardroom at City Hall during the following times:
- Monday, November 9 from 11am to 2pm
- Monday, November 9 from 7pm to 9pm
- Tuesday, November 10 from 11am to 2pm
