Registration Open for Winter Recreation Programs in Yellowknife

Registration for Winter Recreation Programs in the City of Yellowknife are open, and many of the programs will be starting later this month.

There are different recreational programs available for pre-school, school-aged children, teenagers and adults, as well as the whole family.

Preschool

January 14 – Dance Play (3 to 5 years)

January 20 – Rookie Rugby (4 to 7 years)

January 27 – Old MacDonald’s Farm (3 to 5 years without parents)

 

Youth

January 14 – Dance Play (6 to 12 years)

January 18 – Tennis Advanced Teen (10 years+)

January 19 – Rookie Rugby (6 to 8 years)

January 19 – PD Judo Multisport Day Camp

January 20 – Rookie Rugby (4 to 7 years)

January 20 – Tennis – Children Beginner (7 to 10 years)

January 20 – Tennis – Youth Intermediate (10 to 15 years)

January 22 – Tae Kwon Do – Beginners (7 years to adult)

January 22 – Tae Kwon Do – Advanced (7 years to adult)

 

Teen/Adult

January 17 – Photography (16 years to adult)

January 20 – Tennis – Men’s (16 years to adult)

January 22 – Tae Kwon Do – Beginners (7 years to adult)

January 22 – Tae Kwon Do – Advanced (7 years to adult)

January 23 – Italian Level 1 (15 years to adult)

January 27 – Arctic Sports and Dene Games (12 years to adult)

January 27 – Beginner/ Intermediate Badminton (15 years to adult)

January 27 – Intermediate/ Advanced Badminton (15 years to adult)

 

Family

January 27 – Family Judo (one parent and one child 3 to 6 years)
