RCMP officers have been posted to the Department of Infrastructure checkpoints outside Enterprise and Yellowknife, to assist with checkpoint maintenance and peacekeeping.
Overnight, Yellowknife RCMP continued to receive little calls for service, while police continue patrols around the Capital.
Reports of bears in the community continued yesterday; however, the NWT RCMP reported no sightings last night.
In Hay River, there were zero service calls and RCMP officers continued regular patrols of the town and KFN.
