Funeral for Yellowknife boy struck and killed by truck to be held Saturday

Yellowknife, NWT – A funeral service for a two-year-old Yellowknife boy tragically killed on the weekend when he was hit by a truck will reportedly be held Saturday.

Sana’a Michael Christensen-Blondin died after he was run over by a pick-up truck in a welding yard in Kam Lake Saturday afternoon.

R.C.M.P say no charges will be laid.

The N.W.T Chief Coroner is also investigating.

Funeral details will reportedly be released Friday.
