UPDATE – Service has now been restored. If you are still experiencing issues try unplugging your modem and plugging it in again.
Northwestel said a “network issue” is the cause of intermittent internet outages for Yellowknife customers Wednesday morning.
“Technicians are working to restore service as soon as possible,” a statement on Northwestel’s website said.
The company did not give a timeline for when internet service would resume as normal.
