A truck flattened a traffic light on the curb at 48th Street and Franklin Avenue, near the downtown Independent location.
A section of Franklin Avenue, between 47th and 49th Street has been shutdown as cleanup continues and the truck is moved away from the scene.
The incident happened between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Monday.
RCMP officers at the scene said nobody was hurt, but nobody from the detachment was available for comment.
