Ingraham Trail is going to be a little restricted later this week.
The Royal Canadian Air Force’s 440 Transport Squadron will be using a portion of the highway road for CC-138 Twin Otter aircraft landing training.
The training will occur roughly 50 km east of Yellowknife.
Military Police from Joint Task Force will be on-site to provide access to the road. For safety reasons, access will be restricted during operations.

The road is expected to be open for 20 minutes each hour to allow for some traffic to pass.
The training is expected to run from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm this Thursday.
