Beginner Fan Veil Workshop – Level 1

Join instructor Alisha for a beginner fan veil workshop! This is a one hour class where folks will learn different grips, open/closing fans, basic spins, waterfalls and fanning techniques. Basic techniques learned in this class will be incorporated into the choreo fan veil class level 2 (see separate event on MCY Facebook page to sign up).
No dance experience necessary.

The class will take place at Quality Inn, in the basement (5010, 49th street).Minimum $10.00 donation suggested to offset costs of purchase of extra fan veils to teach.
