Due to planned repairs that will be beginning later this month, the Deh Cho Bridge will be temporarily closing down.
This work will begin on November 14th with the replacement of a broken cable. Drivers should expect the bridge to be closed from 12:00am to 3:00am on Thursday. The bridge may also be closed down on Friday if additional work is needed. Emergency vehicles will be allowed to cross the bridge while it is closed to the public.
Additional construction will be taking place throughout December and January. During this time, the bride will remain open, though with a reduction in traffic. Once all work has been completed, the bridge will reopen to two-way traffic.
