Snow cleaning services continue for the City of Yellowknife.
On Monday, February 24th, Woolgar Avenue will be cleaned from Kam Lake Road to Range Lake Road. Range Lake Court and Finlayson Court will also be cleaned in their entirety.
On Tuesday, February 25th, all of Beck Court will be cleaned. Elsewhere, Byrne Road will be cleaned from Woolgar Avenue to McMahon Trail, and all of Dusseault Court and Cinnamon Court will be cleaned as well.
On Wednesday, February 26th, Williams Avenue will be cleaned from Woolgar Avenue to Range Lake Road, and Heal Court, Vaydik Court, and Perkins Court will also be cleaned.
On Thursday, February 27th, 55 Street will be cleaned from 51 Avenue to Con Road, and all of Dennison Court, Tees Court, and Jason Court will be cleaned as well.
Finally, on Friday, February 28th, Norseman Drive will be cleaned from Franklin Avenue to Old Airport Road, and Negus Place and Phinney Court will be entirely cleaned as well.
As always, local residents are reminded to make sure that they’re vehicles are out of the way at the times the cleanings take place. Any vehicles that are in the way of cleaning crews will be towed away. Traffic delays should be expected on the listed streets, and commuters in the morning should plan their routes accordingly.
Curbside waste carts should also be returned to the sides of their respective buildings and kept out of the way.
