The Northwest Territories Power Corporation is seeking public feedback on a few topics regarding their performance.
The NTPCis asking their customers to provide feedback primarily on customer feedback and service satisfaction. The company is engaging in data collection with the help of UtilityPULSE, a market research company that specializes in the utility sector. This company has been working with and assisting the NTPC with similar surveys for at least ten years.
The NTPC expects that the survey only takes about ten minutes. They are hoping to find any areas within their service that can be improved upon. Some customers will be randomly contacted by UtilityPULSE to take part in the survey over the phone or by email.
