The boil water advisory for Hay River and the surrounding area has been lifted.
The advisory had been in place since May 16 for residents in Hay River, K’atl’odeeche First Nation, Enterprise and Kakisa.
The advisory was issued due to higher than normal turbidity, or muddy water.
There were no illnesses reported connected to the drinking water.
