Yellowknifer Roland Yendo won the $75,000 when he scratched his $4 Candy Cane Crossword Zing! ticket.
Yendo said he was so surprised when he discovered he had won the money, he just had to celebrate by busting a move.
“I was happy, so happy I started dancing right then and there,” he adds.
Yendo purchased his winning ticket at the Village Reddi Mart located on Byrne Road in Yellowknife.
The happy winner said he will take some time to decide what he wants to do with his winnings.
“In the meantime, I will put my windfall into savings,” he adds.
