Another mining company in the north is being sold.
Gold Mining Incorporated is buying the Yellowknife Gold Project for four million shares.
The Vancouver based company is acquiring five known deposits by Nicholas, Ormsby, Bruce, Goodwin and Clan Lake.
The purchase also includes smaller deposits known as the Blue Sky Property.
