Holiday Lights Tour and Competition
The City of Yellowknife and Northland Utilities invite you to get into the holiday spirit with the annual Holiday Light Tour Map and Competition. Submit an address for it’s chance to win $150 from Northland Utilities for one of Yellowknife’s best decorated homes!
Residents can register their own address or nominate another by emailing the address and ideally a photo of the lights to holidaylights@yellowknife.ca. There are no categories, just a community of bright, festive lights! Our map is already making great progress and we are pleased to provide this tool for residents to plan your lights tour.
Voting will be available from Friday, December 18, until Monday, January 4, 2021, on the City’s Facebook page @OurYellowknife. Northland Utilities will select 5 winners from the top 20 entries voted for by residents. Each winner will receive a $150 prize. Deadline to receive nominations and add to the tour map is Wednesday, December 16th.
