Ruth Inch Memorial Pool closed until Sep. 22 for cleaning, repairs

Yellowknife, NWT – The Ruth Inch Memorial Pool in Yellowknife will be closed for next couple of weeks to allow staff to do some cleaning and much-needed repairs.

That’s according to a post on the City of Yellowknife’s website.

The pool was closed for its annual shutdown Tuesday night, and is set to reopen to the public Sep. 22.

Last year, the city rebuilt the pool’s filter pits and serviced the chlorine systems in the time that it was closed.
