Police say one person is dead and two people are being treated for injuries following an accident on Highway 3 Friday morning.
The crash occurred near Chan Lake between Behchoko and Fort Providence. It was reported to police shortly before 10:00am by another driver who came across a vehicle on the side of the road.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Drivers are warned that the route could close on short notice as RCMP continue to investigate. For the latest on possible closures, click here.
