AVENS Launches New Fundraiser for Upcoming Seniors Home

The AVENS group has launched a new fundraising program to help with the opening of their latest seniors housing project.

The new campaign is called “Home for Seniors – Choice Matters,” and is aiming on raising up to $800,000 to fund the Aven Pavillion. The funds will be used on activity rooms, physical activity programs, mental health support, and social connectivity, all aimed at enriching the lives of the future residents.

Donors to the project will also have the chance to have certain areas named after them, allowing them to leave a lasting mark on the Pavillion.

AVENS has expressed their gratitude to the Eggenberger family. Their initial donation helped to kickstart work on the Pavilion, and has helped to inspire others to donate as well.

Daryl Dolynny, the President and CEO of AVENS, said that the Pavilion “marks a significant step toward creating a supportive and engaging environment for our seniors. We are grateful for the generous contributions so far and invite everyone in our community to join us in this mission. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.”
