Legislative Assembly Launches New Website

The 20th Legislative Assembly have just launched their new website.

The new features include a dedicated page for Bills that tracks the progress of legislation, an updated Members page that displays related Committees, and improved Hansard functionality.

Shane Thompson, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, said in a statement that “We are thrilled about this new website and the functionality it will bring to the 20th Assembly and the public. The newly integrated Members page allows the constituents to follow what their MLA speaks about during Session. You can track the status of Bills and Legislation. Additionally, facilitating feedback through our streamlined Committee section is a testament to fostering meaningful public engagement.”

The Legislative Assembly have stated that they are expecting to run into a few bugs and issues in the coming days, but they encourage residents to visit the website regardless.
