The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) has announced customers can expect delays in September billing due to evacuations in August and September throughout the territory.
According to the NTPC, bills are currently being printed for the month of September and will be mailed by September 25.
Due to financial concerns, the NTPC is waiving all late fees for September and October bills. Additionally, the NTPC says they will work with customers who require payment plans.
Despite delays, bills are viewable online at www.myntpc.com.
