Northern-based airline Canadian North has announced they are facing an extremely high volume of calls, resulting in long wait times, due to the ongoing wildfire situation in the NWT.
The airline is requesting customers do not call unless absolutely necessary for immediate travel needs (flights departing within the next 72 hours).
Customers scheduled to travel up to August 28 through Yellowknife have received an email notification if your flight itinerary has been affected by cancellations.
Customers who have been affected and wish to request a refund may submit a request online to avoid wait times at canadiannorth.com/refunds.
