Hay River RCMP have successfully located a woman who had been missing for several days.
Hay River police had been asking for the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old, Haily Egotak. Egotak had last been seen in Hay River on July 17th. She had previously expressed a desire to leave the community and hitchhike to either Yellowknife or Edmonton, and had not been in contact with her friends or family for some time.
A report came in at 10:50pm on Friday, July 21st, that Egotak had been located, and was safe. The RCMP have given thanks to the public for their assistance in the matter.
