Fort Smith Still Searching for Missing Man

Fort Smith RCMP are still on the lookout for Frank Gruben, who has been missing for over 20 days.

Gruben is 30-years-old, and is described as being from Inuit descent, 185cm tall, 8kg, with black hair and brown eyes. Frank was in Fort Smith for post-secondary school at the time of his dissappearance. The last person to speak with him was his mother on May 3rd, and he has not been seen in public since May 5th.

RCMP officials say there is no foul play suspected in his disappearance, though it is not ruled out. That has left Frank’s family wondering why this search is taking so long. Community members of the Salt River First Nation have taken it upon themselves to conduct several land and water searches.

If anyone knows of or learns any information regarding his whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Fort Smith RCMP at 867-872-1111 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
