Hay River RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating 44-year-old Kelly Daniel Minoza of Kátł’odeeche First Nation. Minoza was last seen in Hay River on a red ATV at approximately 4:00 pm on May 14, 2023.
Minoza is described as 5’9 and approximately 150 lbs with a medium build. He was last seen wearing colored track pants and a grey hoodie.
