Walks for reconciliation took place across Canada – including Yellowknife – on Sunday.
Thousands of people, nationwide, marked the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s forthcoming final report, due on Tuesday after more than half a decade of interviews and hearings.
The commission’s report will examine the residential school system and its consequences.
