Yellowknife’s City Hall is returning to its normal opening hours, after approval by the Chief Public Health Officer.
As of March 15, 2021, City Hall will be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
“Additional measures remain in effect to ensure City Hall operates safely, following capacity and other restrictions that are in place,” a statement from the City of Yellowknife read. “The City asks visitors to respect the guidelines set out by the CPHO, follow all signs in place at City Hall, and not enter if they feel unwell.”
Members of the public should only use the lower entrance on 49 Avenue only, not the entrance where the new steps have been built.
Visitors are asked to check-in and out with the front desk, according to the statement.
Visitors should fill out the Contact Tracing form, available at www.yellowknife.ca/screening and the entrance to City Hall.
