No injuries in morning MVA involving school bus say RCMP

There was a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) this morning in Yellowknife involving a school bus.

Julie Plourde is the Media Relations Officer with the Northwest Territories RCMP in Yellowknife.

“At approximately 8:06 a.m., on Tuesday, October 15, the Yellowknife RCMP received a call for service regarding a collision between an SUV and a school bus at the intersection of Finlayson Drive and Range Lake Road,” Plourde said. “Due to road conditions, it appeared that the SUV slid into the back of the school bus while attempting to make a stop. No one sustained injuries.”

The investigation is ongoing.
