UPDATE: Missing female youth located safe and sound

Fort Smith RCMP advise that the 16-year-old female youth who was reported missing in Fort Smith on Tuesday, October 1, has been located and is safe.

The territorial government says that some health services in the Yellowknife region will operate at reduced hours this Friday. The change in scheduled hours observes the half-day civic holiday on March 20 in recognition of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation’s annual Spring Carnival.
