Yellowknife assault sends one to hospital

Yellowknife, NWT – A serious assault in Yellowknife a week ago.

RCMP say a 51-year-old man had to be medevac’d to hospital in Edmonton after he was attacked at the Sandstone South Apartments in Range Lake.

His condition is unknown.

31-year-old Thomas Apsimik is charged with aggravated assault and is in court May 27th.
