Pipeline stress causing CNR to slash $1 billion from spending

Canadian Natural Resources is slashing its costs, blaming dysfunction in pipeline usage.
The energy producer says unnecessary pipeline space is being booked by other companies, slowing down transportation of crude and forcing the drop in prices. Most of this misuse of space is reportedly happening with the Enbridge pipeline. Because of this, CNR is cutting 2019 spending by about $1 billion.

Australian researchers have reportedly developed a ten-minute early cancer test using gold particles to test blood samples. The particles change colour if cancer cells are present anywhere in the body. Scientists say the test has been right 90 per cent of the time.
