Santa Claus parade winners revealed

The City of Yellowknife has announced the winners of the annual Santa Claus Parade Float Competition. Floats were judged for creativity, use of lights and decorations, incorporation of the theme, enthusiasm and efforts.

Non-Profit Winner: Yellowknife RCMP

Commercial Winner: Tlicho Investment Corp

School: Ecole Allain St-Cyr

The parade held on November 24th included 15 floats along the theme of “Christmas Treats”. Photos of the floats is available on yellowknife.ca and the City of Yellowknife’s facebook page.
