Yellowknife organizations on display

Yellowknife residents will have a one-stop shop to connect with local organizations Wednesday night. The 6th annual Community Showcase Night will run from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Yellowknife Community Arena.

A variety of local groups will be on hand to let people know about their services and opportunities to get involved with them. Those include registering for programs and leagues and signing up to volunteer, while the organizations can try to recruit new members or volunteers and raise awareness of their cause.
