RCMP are investigating after a woman was found dead in Aklavik last night.
Around 8 p.m. last night Aklavik RCMP received a report of a sudden death.
RCMP attended the residence where a 49-year-old woman was found deceased.
RCMP and NWT Coroner Service are investigating this death and a post-mortem autopsy has been ordered by NWT Coroner Service.
