Canada Day celebrations relocated to Multiplex

The City of Yellowknife’s Canada Day celebration is being relocated to the Multiplex due to the threat of rain and very wet grounds at Somba K’e Civic Plaza.

There is no change to the entertainment schedule which will feature performances from the Yellowknives Dene Drummers, Priscilla’s Revenge, Quantum Tangle, the Yellowknife Circus Club and much more.

There will also be face painting, an arts and craft table, bouncy castle and a wide variety of food vendors.

The celebration begins at 12:30 and ends at 7:00 p.m.
