Earlier this afternoon, the Department of Infrastructure announced the possibility of the Dettah Ice Road closing this week.
INF just announced on Twitter that the ice road will close this afternoon at 4:00 pm.
Reports of deep water along the shoreline had previously restricted access to most vehicles.
