With summer on the horizon, NWT parks begin taking reservations

As of today, Northwest Territories Parks will begin accepting reservations for this coming season.

At 10:00am, all parks aside from Fred Henne will accept reservations; Fred Henne’s reservations will start Thursday at 10:00am. Reservations can be made online at the NWT parks website.

Also beginning today at 10:00am, visitors to the website will notice a refreshed overhaul. The Department of Industry, Tourism, and Investment says the new look “will be more user-friendly, mobile-compatible, and available in both English and French.

NWT Parks are expecting another great year of tourism. In 2017, parks in the territory saw over 35,000 overnight visitors – a 20.2% increase from 2016.
