RCMP continue search for David Park

David has been residing in Hay River for the past few months and was reported missing by his co-workers.

It has been nearly a week since 34-year-old Junghwan (David) Park was last seen.

Park has been living in Hay River for the last few months and was reported missing by his co-workers. He was last seen on April 3rd.

David Park is described by police as Korean descent, 5’8”, roughly 150 lbs with a slight build, short black hair and brown eyes. They add that he speaks Korean with limited English.

Searches by the RCMP have been conducted on foot, by snowmobile and in the air. On April 7th, the Hay River Fire Department assisted the RCMP in searching the woods near Parks residence, as well as other wooded areas and trails in the community.

Despite these attempts coming up short, the RCMP is thanking those who helped in the search.

Police will continue search for anything that will help in the investigation. Motorists are being asked to keep an eye out for anyone who may match Parks description. If you spot David Park, contact Hay River RCMP immediately.
