A man has been arrested by Yellowknife RCMP following a stabbing late last night.
The stabbing took place at an apartment building on Gitzel Street.
The victim was allegedly assaulted with a weapon, which resulted in serious injuries. He was quickly transported to Stanton Territorial Hospital for medical treatment.
No other information has been released at this time.
The RCMP says the investigation is on-going.
