The City of Yellowknife will be launching a controlled burn today.
The burn will take place in the area of Parker Park. Residents are asked to be careful when in the area.
This is the second reported burn this winter that the City will be running.
The City says a nearby sliding hill, as well as trails to either side of the area, remain open to the public.
The burn will end on February 16th.
