The inquiry into Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women has lost it’s Executive Director.
Debbie Reid is the second person to leave the position.
A reason for the departure has not yet been released.

This is one of several high profile departures the inquiry has had to deal with, including one of it’s commissioners.

MMIW last visited the North over the summer.
The inquiry is scheduled to return to Yellowknife on January 23rd.
