Third suspect charged in Hay River Homicide investigation

Northwest Territories RCMP Major Crimes Unit have arrested and charged a third person in the ongoing Homicide investigation in Hay River.

Sasha Cayen, 25, has been charged with murder and robbery.

The body of a deceased man was found in a vehicle on the side of an access road on an access road in the Sandy Creek area on December 28th.

Cayen has been remanded and is scheduled to appear in court in Yellowknife on Monday, January 8th.

Two other suspects were charged yesterday. They will appear in court on Monday as well.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
