Olympic judoka Passoa Jr. to host workshops

The Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor) will invest $2.8 million in digital literacy and artificial intelligence adoption projects in northern communities. 

The Government of the Northwest Territories’ proposed 2026-27 budget includes a financial plan focused on housing, infrastructure and economic resilience.

The Government of the Northwest Territories and the Tłı̨chǫ Government have received an award for their partnership on the Tłı̨chǫ All-Season Road. 

‘It just took our learning to a whole new level having a real public audience,” said Teacher Ashley Deavu who noted that all the students invested countless hours of work into the show. “I thought it was really amazing, my daughter, her grade, one- two class, made all the animals. And I thought it was so cool to see all the hard work that they did. We'll definitely have to come back in the next week to see it during the day," said Aurora Kotokak.
