Yesterday, Fort Providence RCMP spotted a known prohibited driver on an ATV.
The man, 33, was arrested and charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 mg%, driving while disqualified and failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking or recognizance.
He is expected to appear in Yellowknife Territorial Court.
