RCMP are looking into threats that were made regarding schools in Hay River, Fort Smith and Fort Resolution.
Fort Resolution RCMP received a complaint that threats were made on social media.
Police contacted the school systems and an increased police presence at the schools was made.
RCMP located and arrested a suspect last Thursday.
After the threats were made, police say there was never a need to initiate a lock-down.
The Investigation is on-going.
