Coast Guard called in to find Paulatuk man

Paulatuk RCMP and Fire officials are searching for a missing man.

The man was crossing Hornaday River via ATV, when he fell into the water. The people who were travelling with the man were unable to pull him out of the flowing river.

Officials began to search for the man along the river but he has not yet been found.  A nearby Canadian Coast Guard vessel sent 2 small boats to help in the search.

Police were unable to release the name of the missing person.
