Thrasher sentenced to 11-months

Lloyd Thrasher is going to jail.

The 11-month sentencing was in connection with a breaking and entering incident in December.

Thrasher is notorious in Yellowknife for the 2011 killing of a one-and-a-half year old Chinese Pug.

Thrasher is also serving a 3-month sentence for theft charges related to stolen laptops from the Tree of Peace. Due to time spent in jail during the pre-trial, Thrasher will only serve a remaining 4-months of the breaking and entering sentence.

Thrasher will be receiving a one-year probation upon his release.
