Smoke continues to linger over the Yellowknife region.
Environment Canada warns that smoke from wildfires south of Great Slave Lake will continue to cause poor air quality throughout the day.
According to Environment and Natural Resources, the closest burning wildfire to Yellowknife is in the South Slave region.
There are currently no fires burning in the vicinity of the Ingraham Trail.
