Tsetta faces third sexual assault charge this year

One Yellowknife man is being charged for sexual assault for the third time this year.

48 year old Peter Tsetta is facing a third charge after RCMP received a complaint of sexual assault on July 13.

The incident is alleged to have taken place in May 2017.

Two previous complaints resulted in charges for incidents in March and June of 2017.

Tsetta remains in custody.

He is scheduled to appear before the Territorial Court on Tuesday, August 22nd.
