RCMP catch ‘bootleggers’ to dry community

Deline RCMP officials seized 29 mickeys of liquor from two women on June 29th.

Police received word that the two women would be flying into the Deline airport with the high quantity of liquor.

Officers identified the suspects at the airport and conducted a further investigation.

That led to the women being detained and searched.

Police located the 29 bottles of liquor within their luggage.

Deline RCMP released the two women after seizing the liquor and are continuing their investigation.
